Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

Hair Received this hair fast, I love this hair it’s really thick and the length seems true, I was shocked how soft and fluffy this hair when dry!! I love my hair it’s so pretty, I haven’t put it in yet but I can tell it’s very beautiful. I got the 18 inch and it’s true to length. The stores informed me that I had to get medium brown lace instead of HD lace which was fine by me it matches my skin tone well. They also sent lashes. Very good quality wig would order again. Communication was good and efficient.

This hair was WAY better than I expected it to be for the price. I did not even bleach the knots yet, I used foundation on the lace and it STILL pokes like scalp would definitely recommend. The curls pop with only water, I didn’t use the foam lotion. I love the density of curls very full and sheds lightly upon care. The baby hairs are also there as a guide. Will be purchasing again ! Great quality and worth the price .
First off, the shipping was so quick. I ordered early Sunday Morning & it arrived Thursday. The hair is really soft and true to length, for the most part. The front is a few inches shorter than the rest of the hair, but it isn’t too noticeable. I ordered a 20in. But overall this wig was a great buy. I’ve gotten so many compliments!

I’ve always wanted a kinky curly wig. After restlessly searching I stumbled upon Cynosurre. This hair is exactly as described: the quality, the thickness, & very minimal shed. I received so many compliments on my hair to the point where one of my friends made me order one for her as well. Definitely worth every penny. Ladies, you NEED this wig as of yesterday!!
This wig is BEAUTIFUL & just as i expected ! The cap is a nice size for my Big Head. The texture is soft and gorgeous! Nice and full hairline with baby hairs . I did a lot of plucking because my hairline is low. Which means i cut off the preplucked edges and babyhairs . The lace is rather light , DEF needs the knots bleached and the lace tinted if you are of color and melanin. The unit as a whole shed lightly , If you’re new to wearing extensions or curly extensions -this is to be expected and is normal. I’ve been sleeping on this unit and detangling almost daily. No matting or excessive tangling. I’m just so in loooove with it. 5stars from me!

I’ve been using this wig for a month and it is still looking good. This is the quality I was hopping for I have purchased another already. Very very very minimal shedding, just normal that’s eventually gonna happen, it has not tangled. It’s soft and came with no funny smell.
I just received my wig today. It's so pretty. It looks just like the picture. And they also sent some really cool eye lashes. I highly recommend this wig, to anyone who is looking for everyday wear, or just going out. And what makes it's so special is the baby hair, and it doesn't smell either. The curls are extremely pretty i must admit, its very light. Shipping took about 5-6 days if i can recall correctly. The store was very supportive! The only default with the hair is the length and the density, the hair gives a more 180 density but when it dries it definitely gives the 220 density look but overall the quality of the hair is good. Very recommendable!! I co-wash the hair and will upload with the official installment. Sis go get them curls! Periodt!!!
Hair is nice and full! Th lace was pre plucked and the hair is easy to deal with snd doesn’t shed looks very natural. Only bad thing is that it gets a little nappy snd the lace was kind of dark for my skin tone but if you know wigs well you can make it work.

The hair is simply amazing. It has little to no shedding, bleaching the nots was a breeze, and it blended with my scalp flawlessly. I received so many compliments. The stores were 100% responsive up until I received the hair 4 days after ordering it.
Gorgeous wig!!!! I originally bought hair from I see but had to cancel the order due to them not having that hair I ordered in stock. I’m so happy that it ended up getting canceled because I got better hair from Cynosure! I just wish the cap was a tad bit bigger as I have a huge head. I am seriously surprised at how soft this hair is!

I highly recommend this wig. It is perfect for the wet wave look that is becoming popular right now. The softness was great, the wig was everything it said it would be. I love how the lace matched my skin tone so well, and it came pre plucked, so o didn’t have to do much work to it.
For the money it’s a great wig. I will continue to buy the wig because I love the curl pattern and the fullness. Knots were easy to bleach and it was easy to customize.
I liked the fast shipping (prime) 18in was a good length for me give or take a few inches, hair didnt smell i wash it to bring my curls out nicely 1 or 2 times a day elasticity is great so far I've had the hair a little over a wk it still looks good probably gonna or next wig the exact same maybe a little longer

Came in just 5 days with baby hairs and pre plucked side parting. Came in lovely packaging. Not exactly 22 inches at stretched length but looks lovely. Soft and has no smell.
I got the 13x6 in 24 inches 220 density and the hair is super super full & nice. There was a slight smell but it went away when I washed the wig. After washing there was quite a bit of shedding. The hair is really soft and the curls are tight and it’s curly from the root to ends. Would recommend!
This wig is the stuff!! I got 22” in 13x6 220 density and I bleached the knots. The hair is sooo soft and it gives me a natural look like right out my scalp! It’s gonna she’s at first because that’s naturally what kinky curly hair does but this wig is phenomenal! The sell was so nice and sweet!! It came in 4 days!
This hair is beautiful and I could tell before fully taking it out and playing with it. I ordered it on August 5, 2020 (Wednesday) and received August 13, 2020 (Thursday) to Florida. I said I needed it by friday and it was made possible. The store also communicates with you throughout the whole process. I’m afraid it’s not big head friendly because it looks so small but I will leave another review when I install it. I can honestly say so far so good! Oh and I ordered 13x6 lace, 220 density, 22inch. I fell in love with the curl pattern. It has a slight smell but it’s what all of the hair smells like on here. I ordered Cynosure bundles before and that was the BEST curly hair I had. I’m hoping the same with the wig. Only flaw is that it doesn’t look like 22inch but maybe it’ll be different once it’s wet and used a bit. I hope this helps. Don’t hesitate, buy it !
I’m in loveeeeee w the hair. 100% recommend it. I washed it first. No bleach No Cap just my makeup. I use water & Shea moistures curl milk. I used Gots2b glue & freeze spray to lay the hair & my edges. I used a thin head scarf that I made from a old shirt wrapped my edges down & blow dried them while the head scarf was on for 3-5 mins or til dry. Only problem was shipping I ordered it Jan7 I was supposed too have gotten it Jan 18 I got it Jan 21 due to DHL not being able to find my physical address.
